this petition
created by Tamir's cousin Latonya Goldsby.
She is asking for charges to be brought against Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback, the two officers that were responsible for the shooting death of 12 year old Tamir Rice last November 22nd. That's just shy of 9 months ago.
In June, a judge reviewed the video of the murder of Tamir Rice, and recommended charges, including murder for Officer Loehmann.

As so many police killings pile up victims can be forgotten. Under the current system prosecutors can abuse the system with no repercussions. But we can at least continue to put pressure on Prosecutor McGinty to respect Judge Ronald B. Adrine, and file the charges recommended based on reviewing the evidence.
